- Order between 5 and 40 tickets, in increments of 5, discounted up to 40% off
- Pay a flat shipping fee of $3.25
- Mail the form to the address listed

Some locations require a 2-week waiting period after opening day.
Edwards Theatres Premier Super Saver Tickets expire one year through the last day of the month punched, except in the state of California, or where prohibited by law.
